Here are a few pictures from Holland. I grew up in Haarlem; some things have changed since then, but a lot of things are still the same. I came to Winnipeg in 1956 and got married here to a young lady who I met in the Baptist church in Haarlem. We married in Winnipeg in May 1960.
Manitoba, yes it is not as cute as Holland. We get more snow in Manitoba, but less rain. Also a major factor is that, compared to Europe, the traffic is more relaxed and 2 to 8 hour line-ups on the highway here are unheard of. And how would you like to pay around $2.20 for a liter of gas!! The summers here are beautiful! So: all you Manitobans be Happy!

Nice all that wooden shoes, you can see them "all over the place" in different store's here. Pretty pic's.
Oops I forgot the pretty " DRAAIORGEL" You see them not very often anymore. I don't know the name of it in english sorry.
