Aunt Beth

Old aunt Beth (not her real name) was over for a visit for a few days. She always tells stories that lack detail; one after another. This one I think I remember:

"I heard on TV about a man in the States, - I don't remember exactly where, but that does not matter. He decided to fix something, probably something - I don't know what it was. Well anyway he had to get a part, so he probably went to a store, yes because he had to get a part. The only thing was: it was too small, the part I mean, or too big because it did not fit. I think he told his wife, I think, well maybe he didn't. Does not matter, and I don't know how it ended, but it was sooooo funny! Well what do you think of that. Uhm, there was more.....but you get the point. Oh yes he was a christian......"

"Nice story aunt Beth, but excuse me I have to do something"

"Yes I have to do something too, I am going to wash out those coffee filters, you can use them up to ten time, you know!"

"Something else you heard on TV?"

YEH hahahaha very wise.....(My story here-under is mend to be funny) that reminds me : I gave as a present this coffee machine called "senseo", you MUST use them with coffee-pads( kind of filter). Well the person I gave this machine tried to put in 'regular coffee'( Thinking that this was cheaper/wiser and not using the pads) . The coffee machine said: "bye bye" and broke down. OOPS so this cheap way of making coffee, turned in/out to be very expensive..... But good as I am ( haha) I went back ( for that person) to the store with the guaranty + machine, the store gave me a new machine. Lucky for that person. So may this be a wise lesson: don't try to be wise in saving pads/filters, sometimes it is not always cheaper or wiser....
