Well, like all good things Willy and Nelly's visit came to an end. A final cup of coffee while waiting for the train and some final hugs and they were gone.
Train travel over these long distances can only be appreciated by train lovers. Compared to flying it is slow going, 32 hours to Toronto, change trains and on to Oshawa, where Willy lives. On the other hand there in much less hassle with security that is such a nuisance nowadays with airplanes.

Long traindrive... once I went also by train from Holland/Utrecht to Greece/Athens This was a 36 hours-journey. It was very interesting because I saw a lot "on the railroad", only take a 'couchette' so you can sleep over-night too. I forgot to reserve a bed, than it is a long trip....
