The other day JoAnn said she was curious what a Canadian would have for breakfast. I suppose the standard breakfast, when you go out to eat, is something like this:
When you have breakfast at home, however, it may be quite different. Some people prefer cornflakes, or something like that. I never got into that, I prefer a slice of bread with cheese, along with a nice cup of coffee.
What do YOU have for breakfast????

Theo I like your style, this looks-like english breakfast. So cute that you made a photo, thanks.
(I don't eat musli, don't like it)
My breakfast depends from where I am. At home, during the week I eat early 6.45am: several-fruits +Quark + lots of water no coffee. In weekends at 10.45am (I skip Breakfast)I eat later for brunch: 1 slice of DARKbrown bread (hmmm)with egg or cheese , 3 or 4 coffee's (while reading newspapers)
On holidays:
A small plain Yoghurt+toast+cream-or hard-cheese, tea or weak regular coffee (not espresso!) or when its not possible, some french (white) bread with yelly + 1or2 weak coffee.
In hotels: What they serve, I'll try to eat 1/2 fruits + toast,or 1 sl of bread+boiled egg, with orange juice /water and 1or2 coffee's.
Bon - Appetite!
I like cereal. ("AllBran"'s brand of branflakes.) With a couple raisens, and some skim milk.
High in fibre, and yummy!
Yvonne, That reminds me... I like also 'weetabix' (high in fiber) ,its like "Allbran'with a spoon of pure chocolat, and chocolade hagelslag on top....
This I eat, when there is no fruit
hmmm I love that!
