BIG BOX STORES

THEY USED TO BUILD SHOPPING MALLS, where in the winter you are comfortable and you are dry when it rains. If you have mobility problems you can use your wheelchair from store to store, or rent one. That gets difficult with what they call BIG BOX stores.
Now that I feel the effects of Parkinson's I don't go to the superstore anymore, it is too large.
Look at Unicity, it used to be a mall. Now there are a bunch of large stores. You are expected to go into one, back out in the cold, start the car, find a new parking place. A real pain in the neck if you can not walk that well anymore. WHAT WERE THEY THINKING!!!!!
What do you think?

heeh Theo..
What about using a wheelchair?

BIG S-malls,I saw in Can./Winnipeg are impressive so BIG! but good to visit:) instead of going to a (expensive) sportschool Maybe?

Personally I prefere smaller shops over big S-malls,because they show more charater, Are there small Shops in Canada too??

Wishing you a good weekend:)

I think the theory is that they save time. (I guess people didn't like having to walk thru a mall to get to the store they wanted. Instead they just park in front of the one they want...

I agree with you tho...I like the malls. It's gezellig! It's like walking around a little indoor town!
