Dominion Windows

I am not going to say that this is a bad business, or that their product is inferior. None of that, - just the facts!!
We signed an agreement with them to replace a broken panel of glass on September 3, 2008.  We paid, and they eagerly accepted, a down payment. The job was to be completed by September 15, 2008.
So, today is  January 8, 2009, and we still have no glass replaced. I estimate that I made around 20 phonecalls to find out what was happening, I received numerous promises and excuses, everything, but no glass!

As some of you may know we are seniors with a history of cancer and Parkinson's disease. I think we have enough on our plate apart from.....well, the above. What do you think?

Enough on your place? that's for sure!

Ron spent all last evening investigating our next possible course of action. We are with you and will get to bottom of this . . . and get you that glass!!

The latest promise is that it will be installed next week. They claim that in previous attempts the glass was damaged. Duh....get some people that know how to handle glass. Ted

Thats really "a pain in the ass" Terrible....The way this window company is behaving, I would give them a (virtual) kick under their asses!

so that I said , I am really in the mood to "kick asses" today , but of course NOT YOURS!

I could call them from my law firm. It wouldn't cost you anything, but it might put pressure on them to get their asses in gear.

Seriously. Let me know if you want me to call. That's unacceptable.
